& Acid Absorbing Pillows NAP-12126
FUNCTION:
Neutralize and absorb a hazardous electrolyte spill with a convenient pillow.
Pillow contains 6 pounds of Neutralizing Acid Absorber® enclosed in polypropylene
fabric. REGULATORY CONSIDERATIONS:
Personal safety risks and environmental
hazards are minimized. Handles "foreseeable emergency" during "uncontrolled
release of hazardous material" (O.S.H.A. 1926.411 & 1910.178). Appropriate
neutralization and absorption pillow per National Fire Code, Article 64. EFFECTIVELY
NEUTRALIZES AND ABSORBS:
Battery electrolyte, sulfuric, hydrochloric,
phosphoric and nitric acids. Not recommended for hydrofluoric acid spills.
